OFFICE BEARERS: -

The following shall be the office bearers of the Managing Committee who shall also be the members of the same body and shall be elected by the General Body:

1. PRESIDENT,    2. Vice President    3. Secretary or Manager    4. Joint Secretary or Joint Manager    5. Treasurer    6. Auditor.


DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE MANAGING COMMITTEE: -

  • (a) To frame rules and bye laws for the management of day to day affairs of the Associations and the Institution started by it. The rules and bye laws will be as binding as the Articles of the Association
  • (b) To appoint, remove, suspend and dismiss its servants and create new posts and fill it.
  • (c) To decide upon the courses of study, subject to the departmental rules.
  • (d) The Managing Committee shall be responsible for the smooth running of the Institutions started by the Association.
  • (e) To co-cop three members, if at all necessary.

    • DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE PRESIDENT: -


  • 1. The President will preside over all the meetings of Managing Committee and in his absence the Vice President, and in the absence of both any of the members present will be elected as chairman of the meeting
  • 2. The President shall have emergency powers to decide a matter provisionally which requires immediate action in the interest of the Institution and which can not be conveniently held over for the meeting of the Managing Committee. The enforcement of the emergent power and the action taken thereon shall be explained to the Managing Committee for approval at the next meeting.
  • 3. Any distinguished person may, at the invitation and discretion of the president, preside at any meeting.
  • 4. The President shall have power to sanction and order expenditure upto Rs 100/-( Rs. 10,000/-) only in one calendar month.
  • 5. The President shall have power to give his casting vote in case of equal votes.
