MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION: -

OFFICE: The registered office of The Muslim Welfare Association Bara Ghazipur shall be at Bara Inter College, Bara, Ghazipur, UP-232325.

MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION: -

Any person funding fully for the construction of one room (of standard size as decided by the competent authority of the association) or paying Rs. 1,00,000.00/- (Rs. One lac only) or more as donation to the association shall be known as “Patron” of the association. His/her name will be engraved on the marble slate to be fixed in the Hall of the Institutions.
Any person of village Bara, Ghazipur, U.P. paying Rs. 500.00 or more shall be life member of the Association after approval of the competent authority of the Association.
Any person of Village Bara, Ghazipur, UP , paying Rs. 100.00 annually shall be known as Annual Member of the Association with approval of competent authority of Association.
No person shall be entitled to vote unless he is member of the association for the last three months.
To found and establish reading rooms, free night classes, libraries and other such institutions for the cultural advancement of the public in general and minority in particular.

CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP: -

A member of the Association shall cease to be a member of the Association:

(a) When he gives duly signed and written information to the Secretary of the intention to sever his connection with the Association and it is accepted by the Managing Committee.
(b) When he fails to pay the dues of the Association after a notice from the Secretary in accordance with the instructions of the Managing Committee to the effect that failure to pay up the arrears will cause the cessation of membership.
(c) When owning to gross misconduct, mismanagement or any other sufficient or reasonable cause he is deemed unfit and undesirable by two third majority of voting members of the Association present in the meeting held for the purpose.
(d) Any member falling in arrears for more than three months fee of the membership shall ceased to be a voting member of the Association.

MANAGAEMENT -

The Managing Committee will be subordinate to the Association as long as it is in existence, in regard to the general policy, but no member of the Association shall interfere in the day to day working of the Managing Committee. The management of the Association shall be in the hands of the Managing Committee of twenty one members who shall be elected by the members present at a meeting specially convened for the purpose.
